You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind

🔁 Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
This helps cover the time and materials involved with handling made-to-order products

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked “final sale”

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund
It will be sent back to your original payment method minus the restocking fee
